Free Phlash Fridays

Each Friday from November 25th – December 30th the Philly Phlash Downtown Loop will be free for all riders from 10am – 9pm with service every 15 minutes. The Philly Phlash Downtown Loop is the fastest and easiest way to experience all of the holiday attractions and destinations around the city.
